Simon Reiniche is the Founder and Managing Director of innixus. He sets the firm’s direction and works closely with organizations across cybersecurity and technology on value creation, innovation, and go-to-market execution. Through Innixus, he supports companies, incubators, and accelerators in turning ideas into scalable businesses by strengthening capabilities, partnerships, and market adoption.

Alexandra Procházková is Director of Operations at innixus, where she oversees day-to-day operations and supports the firm’s work with startups and the broader cybersecurity community. Alongside her operational role, she advises on marketing, community development, and program design, helping connect senior leaders with emerging innovators.

May is Director of Finance at Innixus, overseeing financial management and internal controls. She brings experience from companies that have scaled internationally from an early stage and supports startups and selected global programs by building the financial foundations needed for sustainable growth. She also supports the innixus Investment League, contributing to the financial governance and operations of early-stage investments.

Julien brings over two decades of experience in M&A and investment, with senior roles at Lazard, Credit Suisse, and ISTARI, Temasek’s cybersecurity platform. At Innixus, he works closely with international partners and investors on cybersecurity-focused investments, supporting early-stage companies through capital, strategic guidance, and access to global networks.

Jakub Folta is Tech & AI Lead at innixus. With a background in Business Informatics, he designs and applies AI-driven automation and system architectures to improve operational efficiency, align technology with business objectives, and support go-to-market and sales activities.

Khalid Chatila is a cybersecurity strategist and regional growth advisor with over 20 years of experience building and scaling global security companies across the Middle East and Africa. He brings deep expertise in market entry, channel development, and closing multimillion-dollar enterprise deals in complex regional markets.

Sarfaraz Kazi is a CTO and co-founder who built and scaled a UAE-born cybersecurity product into the U.S. market. With experience driving over $120M in annual cybersecurity product sales, he brings founders practical insight into building, scaling, and commercializing security products globally.

Ho Nam Hoebeke is a senior commercial executive with over 15 years of international experience driving sales growth and building global channel strategies across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He has a proven track record of scaling organizations from $10M to $50M+ ARR by building high-performing teams and executing disciplined go-to-market strategies.

Amit Mishra is a seasoned product leader who has designed and shipped complex SaaS and on-prem cybersecurity solutions. He combines deep technical expertise with strong client-facing and business acumen, helping founders build products that resonate with both technical teams and executive decision-makers.
