Simon Reiniche is the CEO and Founder of innixus. He sets the firm’s direction and works closely with organizations across cybersecurity and technology on value creation, innovation, and go-to-market execution. Through Innixus, he supports companies, incubators, and accelerators in turning ideas into scalable businesses by strengthening capabilities, partnerships, and market adoption.

Alexandra Procházková is Head of Operations at innixus, where she oversees day-to-day operations and supports the firm’s work with startups and the broader cybersecurity community. Alongside her operational role, she advises on marketing, community development, and program design, helping connect senior leaders with emerging innovators.

May Scheffler is a Head of Finance at Innixus, overseeing financial management and internal controls. She brings experience from companies that have scaled internationally from an early stage and supports startups and selected global programs by building the financial foundations needed for sustainable growth. She also supports the innixus Investment League, contributing to the financial governance and operations of early-stage investments.

Julien brings over two decades of experience in M&A and investment, with senior roles at Lazard, Credit Suisse, and ISTARI, Temasek’s cybersecurity platform. At Innixus, he works closely with international partners and investors on cybersecurity-focused investments, supporting early-stage companies through capital, strategic guidance, and access to global networks.

Barbora Cisarikova is Head of Marketing, where she leads brand and communication strategy to strengthen market presence across the tech ecosystem. She has spent over a decade working across brand, content, and integrated campaigns in B2B  environments across the CEE region. She holds an MBA in Digital Communication and completed a programme in Digital Marketing and Disruptive Strategy at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Amit Mishra is a seasoned product leader who has designed and shipped complex SaaS and on-prem cybersecurity solutions. He combines deep technical expertise with strong client-facing and business acumen, helping founders build products that resonate with both technical teams and executive decision-makers.
