INNIXUS Limited has signed a services agreement with Tahaluf AI Emarat Technical Solutions during Make it in the Emirates 2026, marking an important
step in expanding innovation pathways between Europe and the UAE.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Simon Reiniche, CEO of INNIXUS, and H.E. Dr.
Ahmed Musabbeh Al Kaabi, Chief Executive Officer of Tahaluf.
Under the agreement, INNIXUS will support Tahaluf in identifying promising startups, technology companies, and innovation opportunities across Europe. The focus will be on solutions with strong commercial relevance and the potential to contribute to business growth, technology adoption, and new venture development in the UAE and the wider region.
For INNIXUS, the collaboration reflects its role as a partner in value creation,
innovation development, go-to-market execution, and startup growth. The company will leverage its European network to help Tahaluf access relevant companies, assess their potential, and explore opportunities for partnerships, market entry, and scale.
The agreement also strengthens Tahaluf’s international innovation network by
creating a more structured route to European technology capability. It supports a
selective approach to sourcing companies that are not only innovative, but also aligned with real business needs and regional growth priorities.
The collaboration comes at a time when cross-border partnerships are becoming
increasingly important for companies seeking faster access to advanced
technologies, specialized expertise, and new markets. For both organizations, the
agreement creates a practical framework for future cooperation between European innovation capacity and the UAE’s fast-growing technology ecosystem.
“We are proud to support Tahaluf in building international innovation pathways that connect European startups and advanced technologies with the UAE’s fast-growing technology ecosystem. This collaboration is about turning innovation potential into practical opportunities for growth, partnerships, and market entry,” said Mr. Simon Reiniche, CEO of INNIXUS.
The agreement was signed during Make it in the Emirates 2026, placing the
collaboration within a wider national agenda focused on industrial growth, advanced technologies, and international partnerships.
